Absolutely horrible interviewing process. After completing a 2.5 hour technical test I was invited to do a Teams interview. The time and date for the interview was confirmed with the person who contacted me, but no one ever logged into the meeting. After 30 minutes I emailed the contact person and she apologized and set me up for another interview the following day. Guess who then got stood up a second time? Two days later I received another email from a whole new person trying to schedule an interview time. I just didn't respond because I had a pretty good idea of how that "interview" would have gone.

During the interview, the atmosphere was relaxed and amicable as we engaged in a conversation about my career journey and the innovative projects the company develops. It lasted half an hour.
