I got into Amdocs as a fresher and the process was fairly simple. The first round is an online exam which had 2-3 questions from programming , a couple of simple SQL queries and MCQs from basic programming concepts like OOPS, operating system. After getting shortlisted from this round there was a technical round post which there was an HR round. Each round was an eliminating round.

1. What happens if you delete a table from a view? 2. Can you write the code for fibonacci recursively?
Interview was really simple and there were two interviewers. They were focused only on the java concepts and asked really simple java oops questions. Followed by linux easy level questions.

They started with basic java questions, OOPS concept.
Static Variable, Difference between Function Overload and function override, Inheritance and few linux easy commands like to copy or move file.
Full 2 interview rounds . 1 technical and 1 hr . Technical asked about java ,multithreading, primary keys in database management system.In Hr , they asked about night shifts, location preferences.

Amdocs came for on-campus placement. the process was bit lengthy. there were 3 rounds, 1st coding+apt, 2nd technical interview and last was hr interview. after 1st round was on 26th march and we got the result of 1st round on 24th may and technical interview was on 26th may.

Mostly from resume, like tech used in projects, intution behind project,and 2 questions were of Strings, 2 SQL queries using join and 1 logical question.
