The interview process was straight forward. It was taken care of in one day. The interview was informative. We discussed the expectations of the job role, the hours to be worked, the benefits package and compensation. I also had a chance to meet the office staff and tour the office.

Upon receiving a call for a telephone interview, I was immediately advised that the position had been filled. It would have been helpful to know this position had been filled beforehand as I carved time out of my busy day for a telephone interview. I suspect they had an internal candidate queued up to hire and needed to check some boxes of interviewing external candidates. Whatever the reason, not cool. I won't apply to this company again.
The interview process is multi layered, seems organized so far. I am currently awaiting offer. I have been given several opportunities to ask any question I may have. Hopefully the onboarding process will be as organized as the interview has been.
