The interviews themselves was pleasent and friendly. I like that our HR department was dedicated and honest about what roles they would think not only interest you (as the hopeful employee), but would also be more likely to get you hired based on your skill level and enthusiam. The only thing that I hear over and over again from new employees that mirrors my personal experience is how long the interview and hiring process took. On average, from the time you get your first phone call from HR after submitting your resume to the time you start your first day on the job, it takes 2-4 months. I'm afraid this discourages a lot of good people from accepting the job offer (even after the mandatory 3 interview levels).

Recruiter will reach out to discuss job details then you’ll set up a virtual meeting with the AVP and vp then discuss the parameters of the job and your experience
Lengthy interview process with multiple interviews with different levels of management employees. Overall, it was a 2 month process to get hired. Interviews were all via phone or teams video.

Confusing and unorganized. Recruiter #1 (very nice) got back to me right away to say the hiring manager prefers someone with and established book of business. (Ok, no problem, I understand!). The next day recruiter #2, T called me to discuss the same position. I explained the situation to recruiter #2 and he said, he would check with the manager. He got the ok, wanted to have a phone screen and asked me to take a behavioral assessment. I debated to continue the discussion given 2 different messages, but I continued on. Salary expectations were in two different ball parks, but I mentioned I have to look at the entire package. It happens...Recruiter#2 said he would speak with the manager
and get back; never did. I followed-up right after my phone screen. UNPROFESSIONAL - WASTE of TIME. Was this some check the box quota interview? Typically, I would not say a word, but I had to call this out. I am sure you can treat potential candidates better. I had the wrong impression. It was my mistake to open the conversation back up . Continued success!
