I was in Houston for the second round and final round. At first, we went around the table with the other interviewees and talked about ourselves and why we liked banking. After a few rounds of interviews there is a lunch with some of the new analyst in the company.

What is one of your favorite chapters out of a finance/Accounting textbook?
Phone call first round, Then superday was 3 in person interviews, 45 mins each, then Lunch with all the candidates after. Simple accounting interview questions and behavioral. overall an easy process and everyone was nice.

It was a straight forward and standard interview process with questions relating to what you could find in the IB 400. The second part is a super day with 2-3 seniors interviewing you.
