Great interview process. Sat with two different groups of 2-3 people. Lots of great questions that truly give you the opportunity to talk about yourself and your knowledge around banking/customer service.

When was a time you overcame something that seemed difficult?
Phone call first round, Then superday was 3 in person interviews, 45 mins each, then Lunch with all the candidates after. Simple accounting interview questions and behavioral. overall an easy process and everyone was nice.

It was a straight forward and standard interview process with questions relating to what you could find in the IB 400. The second part is a super day with 2-3 seniors interviewing you.
