I had two interviews, one virtual and one in person, but I had the option for two virtual interviews as well. Each one took about half an hour. After both interviews were complete, they gave me a tour of the facility and told me once my two recommendations were in I had the position.

Some questions they asked were how I would take care of my mental health, what I considered to be good leadership, and several scenarios that involved challenges I might face on project.
