First 2 Ints were fine. Once I interviewed with the "Senior Director" he was a snob and acted as if he didn't even want to be bothered. Definitely seemed like he didn't want to be there and had better things to do. If this is how your senior leadership than this was a HUGE bullet dodged.

The recruiter reached out within a couple of days of applying for the job online. After the initial phone screen & completing the culture index assessment, there was no response from the recruiter for days. After following up with the recruiter with a note of gratitude, and regarding the next steps, a couple of times, I never heard back from them. Until I decided to withdraw my application. That's when the recruiter mentioned that she was busy with the implementation of workday. If that's the case, then stop interviewing candidates and wasting their time. It's not a great candidate experience. I wasn't allowed to ask any questions about the next steps or the company, culture, role, or leadership. I don't want to be part of an organization that doesn't value my time or energy.
