Started by applying, then got invited to complete a virtual interview, followed by a F2F interview. The F2F interview experience was positive from the start. The hiring team and present flight attendants made the experience feel genuine. Other candidates were also welcoming and kind.

Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.

4. 6 week training -very hard, but be a good study/test taker
