      Simple and straight forward. Responses came in pretty fast. Filled out the application on the site, uploaded the resume, and was invited to do the assessment test. Got TNBT about a week later

      Colloquio

      I have looked everywhere for information such as questions and just the interviewing process for this position with no luck! Hopefully I can help someone who has an upcoming interview with this position. So i applied about four weeks ago and about a week ago I received an email from a a member of a Talent Advisor stating that I have been scheduled for a virtual interview and that I had to confirm if I’d be attending. The interview was scheduled for the next 6 days away. I confirmed tht I wil be attending and I received another email with the interview details such as the three interviews name date, time and duration. So I signed in on the day and the interviewed starred. I was under the impression that there would be other candidates along with myself 😂. Nope only me with 3 interviewers. So the Premium Manager for LGA was the main interviewer. The interview was divided with questions into sections such as customer service, problem solving , decision making, personally etc. I was asked 3 questions by the other 2 interviewers and 4 questions by the manager. The questions were very lengthy and thorough. The manager gave me a disclaimer so answer as beat as possible and thoroughly sos that they can get a good understanding of me as a person so to answer the questions taking my time. Besides the questions I was asked if I have any training with two softwares called QIK and Sabre. Which I did not have any training in. They all were writing as I answered the questions. At the end of the interview i was asked if I had any questions to ask them which I did. I asked them what has been the most rewarding thing working for AA. The manager smiled and answered. She then told he that there is one more interview the following day and then they will deliberate amongst themselves to make a decision as I should heard from the Talent advisor early the flowing week with a decision. I am going to try my best to remember as much questions as possible 😂. So now I wait🤞🏽.
