webcam interview: Remember to smile while speaking. be approachable in the video.....always mention customers/service teamwork, use STAR method when applicable If you're a woman, while dressing for your interview internalize the adjective "poised" conservative makeup, pearls or simple jewelry, dress as close to the uniform as you can, preferrably a navy or black blazer. No cleavage. Remember this is not about you looking hot, this is about you being respectable, professional, and personable.
