General Application, Personality Test. The contact for this position was all online. The personality test was long and tedious. Replies were auto-generated and never got to speak with a hiring manager. I was extremely qualified for this job, meeting all of the unique criteria with many years of experience. I felt it very impersonal. Since most of these types of jobs go to an internal candidate anyway, I was not hopeful that I would be successful. It took MONTHS to get another letter that said I was not selected for this position.
