2 rounds of interviews and the turnaround is quick: 1st round on-campus (1 on 1): behavioral questions 2nd round on-site in Dallas: 4 rounds of 1v1, panel, and case. 2-day trip with a budget mixer at the Holiday Inn (where candidates stayed). Irony-- we flew via American Airlines for the trip, and the plane broke down on the way back, causing a 4-hour delay. It reflected the very challenge that AA publicly addresses- the percentage of aging planes in the fleet. Workers were nice but very reserved.
