AA was quick to respond after I submitted my application online. I received an email to complete a video interview 2 days after submission. The video is to be completed anytime within the next 5 days. The will keep sending out reminder emails almost daily. Be sure you have strong internet connection for the video recording to work. I think mine might have been interrupted in the middle of the process. There were 6 questions total (the question will appear on the screen and a voice will repeat each question twice), all very easy. The next step would be to wait for another email for the f2f interview.

Applied online took assessment test online one week later received email for a video interview. Taking my video interview today. Any advice from anyone who has gone through the process?!

Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
