Hit or miss depending on managers at office. There is varying support depending on staffing and listening to complaints/seeking help. The other CA’s make the job send are the reason I survived. It also depends a lot on how much effort you put into the role and how connected you will feel to your residents.

First round is a group interview with team building activities, then invite-only individual behavioral interview asking questions about the position. 20 minutes individual interview with 10 minutes for your questions.

very easy behavioral questions and a team behavioral event before the "Superday" to see how you work in a group. got told 2 days later that i got the job

Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
