The interview process was very informal and conversational. The first round was a group interview, where we were asked 3 to 4 questions and had to work as a team to come up with a solution. After that round, you move onto a second one-on-one interview with the general manager. The type of questions asked are more in depth than in the group interview, but they're all based on your resume and experience, so it's nothing too extreme or difficult to answer.

First round is a group interview with team building activities, then invite-only individual behavioral interview asking questions about the position. 20 minutes individual interview with 10 minutes for your questions.
