There is a phone Interview in which they tell you about the company and ask you about your skills. If you pass that interview then it’s an in person interview.

Phone interview with the operations manager, then a face to face interview with the operations manager and a practice manager and then another phone interview with the director of operations. From there we did a background/drug screening and then an offer.
