Make sure to dress casually for the 2nd and 3rd interviews, style is important. Look like you belong there. "Live your life, love your job" is more than just a slogan at AE, be yourself and have fun.

A long process, first was an interview in store with the current manager, then a week later I was called and had a phone interview with the regional manager. I was then approved a week after.
