Very casual, calm, they tell you exactly what they’re looking for and what they can do to train you. They’re very kind and understanding. I left knowing when I would start. They even do interviews on site during hiring events

Easy, laid back. Applied online on the 21st, got an email on the 25th explaining to call the store to set up an interview with the manager on duty. Interviewed in person on the 27th. Manager was super nice, friendly, and shared a bit about himself before starting the interview. This store is also short staffed, so I was informed that because duties for this position only occur about once a month, I would also be able to work as part of the day crew and/or as an early morning stock associate (since I do have another job).
