I did a phone interview that wouldn't even hold up on a blind dating show. It was worthless. I was then paraded into a phone call with six people. All of them were at different locations and the call was only setup for 30 minutes. They were late to my call and their questions, again, wouldn't have differentiated anyone for any position. The whole process was very deflating. They obviously had no real experience interviewing people or at least had never put two and two together that identify that they weren't good at it. I was called for a third interview but declined. It was clear that this was not a group of people I wanted to work with or for.
