I received a call to come in. They were very clear about what they were looking for and the type of caring, family culture they are. They wanted to see if I was familiar with student centered teaching, and infused activities that got them to their learning objectives. The interviewer was really nice, but had clear expectations. Briefly met the administrative staff who seemed friendly. I also did a guest teach for their Center Director and Director of Education.

Showed up for the interview and answered the questions they asked. I felt that the center director/interviewer talked most of the time. It was fairly easy though, so no complaints here.
