The interview was five round long including a KARAT round, In all the rounds questions were asked only around GenAI and Agentic AI.There was no mention of JAVA or react js. After four rounds last fifth VP round was scheduled after one month, and in it the hiring manager asked if I have experience in JAVA and react js and he mentioned that AI part is very less in the role. Honestly, It was ridiculous. Completely dumbfounded by the whole process. Though the HR was supportive throughout but the whole process is completely mismanged.
