The process of hiring was not too lengthy. But they recruit through a recruiting company. First they do some primary screening by doing a skype call. And give a feedback on the performance to the company about the assessment. Based on the skills ,It is the company HR that decides whether to hire or not. Then go for one more technical interview by the technical head. And finally a telephonic round by the HR of the company

First was written test from home. Once u complete u will get a call for F2F.
Reached Amex Koramangala. The first round was pathetic. I called for BigData and the guy is asking about all java questions and asking me to write in Java. I never mentioned I am a java guy. I told I am into spark scala but as he don't know scala he is asking java logics. All algorithms and theoretical questions. I think no other company ask these questions in Big data interview.
I attended for multiple mncs. But this was the worst experience ever.
Those who want to attend plz have strong java and data structures like hash map trees and linked list.
B thorough with java coding even for BigData.
And be thorough with time and space comflexity.
