Would’ve liked to hear more about the position during the phone screening interview, but the recruiter asked only three questions and didn’t give any chance for me to ask. During the second and third round was interview with hiring manager. The manager was very understandable and approachable, in general, very good experience of interviews.

Interviews are normally three stages consisting of biographical & competency/situational questions in person & finally an informal chat with the director via webex. Sometimes presentations are required & the company can offer phone/webex interviews too
