First I received an email from human resource coordinator, she asked me to set up a time for phone screen, since it is the job I was looking for, I was fully prepared and the phone screen went on very well,however, I received a reject letter from human resource manager. I can't believe this, so I sent a email to ask the explanation, she said that I had hospitality experiences,but not travel experience. Personally, I don't think there are huge differences between these two sector, this is an entry level position with 11weeks training, I was so disappointed by their selecting process, I have good education background in hospitality and tourism, trilingual, the only thing I could think is that I don't have Canadian local working experience, that's why they don't select me, very disappointed ,!!

It was a two step interview, first was a one on one phone call with the first interviewer then a after I passed that there was a group interview via video webex. Was shuffled around with 10 other candidates between 4 different interviewers asking different questions.
