Case study , 4 rounds of interviews and one training delivery round

Three interviews: 1)Phone with recruiter, 2)1:1 with Hiring Manager, 3)Panel with immediate peer manager team. Interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager went well. The panel interview was very challenging due to location of the interview. The interview was held in a computer training lab. Due to this, two interviewers were situated behind me, so it was impossible for me to maintain eye-contact with everyone. There was always at least one person behind me. Additionally, some of the questions by the panel made me wonder if I was interviewing for the same position as I had with the hiring manager. I believe the area of opportunity is interview skill training for any associate who has to interview a candidate. Some additional details. I was informed parking would be validated. For my first interview, parking could not be validated because the parking service is not an in-house service. Also, upon seeking out feedback regarding non-selection, I encountered significant difficulty and ultimately took 4 weeks to receive the most minimal of feedback.
