First round was with 2 representatives, around 30 mins each. Basic questions - why amex, why the role, past work ex and how it fits into the role, what your goal is, etc. Few behavioural questions like “tell me about a time when you faced conflict in the workplace and how you solved it” etc. Straightforward and welcoming

Two interviewers, asked a mix of scenario questions along with past experience. They were both friendly, and included a previous intern. Questions were what you would expect and nothing took you by surprise. Very conversational
