Super ling interview process. 3 rounds in 2 months. No feedback provided and after 2 minths of interviews I got an automatic email that they decided to promote someone internally. I had the final interview with someone from India, they were having very poor internet connection, camera off and overall it felt like I was doing her a favour for being connected.

The interview process is as follows: 1. HR or initial interview > basic profiling > experience and leadership background 2. Panel interview with managers > Situational questions on leadership and performance management 3. Final interview with director > Situational questions on commercial leadership and management
