It was 1 month process, was contacted through a consultancy to which the hiring has been outsourced by Amex. Had 5 interviews each occurring at a gap of a week.
First one was taken by hiring manager, the immediate leader . Second was a skip level interview taken by client - a mix of technical and managerial. Then was taken by Director - a blend of managerial and situational questions, then had HR, then again had a technical round

Technical interview contained scenario based questions and specific syntax based question for SAS.
Case study and mathematical and statistical test. Concepts basis resume so msg in-depth understanding of what you have mentioned is important. Overall a good experience and grease learning forum. Hands on training on some coding language is an added benefit
It's a standard process to me. First interview with the HR, then the next one with the line manager. I have been asked to introduce myself first then to ask back some questions in the first interview.
Selected after submitting my CV. I did an electronic test and then an HR call. I was then called for an HR screening with other 30 candidates. I was subsequently selected and met the 4 managers of the team. Finally I met the VP in Charge of the department who offered the job.
