Went through recruiter... Dace to face interview. Questions were basic behavioural questions..recruiter prepped for common questions.. No specific questions about the work. Just general how would you handle a difficult client etc.

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.
