The interviews consisted of two half hour sessions with two recruiters in each session. The questions were mainly behavioral in nature. However, as is common for MBA internship interviews, they had tied each of the question to a different core competency of the company. For example, one of them was verbal communication. So the question would be something like, "Tell me about a time when you needed to use your verbal communication skills to address and issue". Other questions were related to values such as integrity, teamwork, leadership. It was not extremely difficult and when they called me to tell me I was not selected I asked for feedback and they told me they "thought my answers were fine, there was just very steep competition" for the internship. One thing I thought was strange was that they asked me during the interview if they could call and leave the results on my answering machine if I did not pick up. However, they ended up calling and leaving a very happy sounding message asking me to call them about the interview. This made me optimistic, but when I did return the call I found out someone else from my class had been offered the internship.
