very simple process, there was a phone screening call with a recruiter and then about a week later I got a call from amex to set up a 2 person (behavior and technical interviewers) interview lasting around 45 minutes.

I was ghosted by Amex after completing final round interviews. I applied for the graduate product management internship, and had a referral for the role. It took them 2 months to send me a take home interview, then another month to hear back from them about a live interview. I was invited to interview with two directors, which I completed, and was told I would get a response in two weeks. Unfortunately, it has been over a month and I have not heard back from anyone at Amex. In total, this has been a waste of 4 months of time. They left me feeling extremely disrespected after the entire experience, and I would not recommend people to apply here. It only takes a minute to reject someone.
