Easy like speed dating but lots of questions. They are at least 4-5 people interviewing you and each will have 2-3 star method or behavioral questions. Prepare, prepare. Also be ready with 2 questions to ask the person interviewing you. Prepare at least 10 questions to ask.

The interview process is broken up into two parts. Part one is an initial interview to see if you qualify for the second & last interview. Part two of the interview process is a popcorn style interview with multiple managers asking Behavioral Interview questions (STAR), & Roleplaying.
