i applied on line. After a few days,HR contacted by email to inform me that they wanted to plan an interview. I had a chat with an executive who did not really seem to know what he was looking for... The feedback received where i was told that I did not have the skills required for the role as they were looking for Market risk skills. This skill is not on my cv. I found the process a complete waste of time

Interview process was average. General questions we're asked. Questions related to previous job experience. As I was referred by an internal employee , thus was directly caled for personal interview and skipped initial levels like phone interview. Unfortunatly, the position was cancelled thus no offer.
