The hire process is timely. It consist of 3 steps process. 1. Phone interview with a recruiter. 2. Second interview with Office manager and another Advance Care Producer 3. Last interview with Corporate Executive and Advance Care Provider.

The interview was fine but the application process is cumbersome and outdated. Feedback was very slow. Some interview questions seemed intrusive but overall a positive experience. Hiring needs to be localised and not centralised in Indianapolis. It really slows down the interview process. Also,i believe the computer application turns applicants away and is not user friendly.
