Long and tedious interview process that covers the same material over and over and over and over and over.... No matter how long you've been in your field, they ask you, "Tell me about your favorite part of college." Relevance?! It's all just paperwork and nonsense.

an initial screening was done by the talent manager, followed by a phone interview for a brief understanding of the role and experience to gage an interest in moving on to the next step. Last step in the process was an in person interview with hiring manager, then group interview with colleagues in the office then lastly an interview with senior management before a final decision.
