Phone interview followed by an interview at corporate in Vernon Hills. Very friendly interviewers with HR and a manager in the department. They made me feel comfortable and are easy to talk to. The interviewer seemed to go away from the scripted questions to ask and just talk and have a conversation with me. They believe strongly in your personality and hiring the right fit for their culture.
