I got called because they found my resume on one of the big job sites. They didn't bother to actually read it before calling... Anyway, I accepted the in-person interview offer after a few very simple to get some experience interviewing at a "big" company. The first in-person interview was 1:1, and my interviewer asked very simple questions seemingly just to verify my background information. I got invited back for a second in-person interview a little while later. In the second in-person interview, I was asked hypothetical questions that were very easy to figure out what the canned/ideal response was supposed to be. Since I didn't want the job, I decided to answer in a more deep, thoughtful manner. However, because my answers were "wrong" I wasn't invited back for the final interview. The office seemed "cheesy-nice." It's not in an ideal location, the building is pretty ugly, and everything about the inside looked cheap. The atmosphere was pretty stale, as you would expect for an insurance agency of this type.
