Met with Regional Director who explained the opportunity and how the structure works. Spent time explaining compensation, the environment, and what it takes to be successful. Great interview process that taught me a lot about the opportunity and career path.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
