It involves a three step interview process. No one cares what you do what you did as long as you are willing to work for them. Show up dressed professionally and answer truthfully. You first go to a group panel and then a one on one and then you get another interview to make sure you want to go through with the process.

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
