You get to the office of Lloyd's American Income Life Insurance (Lloyd's is individually owned branch) and find that you are in fact watching a presentation on the company with about 50 other people rather than interviewing. They pretend that the presenter (the SGA) makes 200k each month from renewals.... and that not everyone will get a call back. They also stress that they need to have the second interview (1:1) in the next two days.
I got a message saying they wanted to schedule an interview. An hour after the message with no response they called yet again (desperate...). I told them I could not interview for a whole week yet they graciously scheduled me. In the background you hear other agents inviting people back to interview. This branch makes money by constantly recruiting more and more agents and has had scam reports written about it.
