The interview process was fairly simple. I came in for a company overview and listened to what the interviewer had to say. I thought it was an incredible career that I couldn't pass up and told them that I would like to schedule a one-on-one interview.

Do you see yourself going into member's homes and educating them on their benefits and helping them enroll them in their insurance?

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
