AIL has a 3 step interview process. 1- Spoke with just one man from the company. Very short meeting. He asked me to fill out basic information, then asked me where I was from, and what my preference for a job looked like. 2- Immediately after this short interview, I was invited to attend a presentation meeting with other potential candidates. Including myself, there were about 15 candidates of all ages. A lady from the company lead an hour long presentation. At the beginning she asked each individual to explain why they wanted the job. Examples: Career change, utilize or gain skills, looking for a great opportunity, ect. It was obvious the company wanted active participation and positive responses from their candidates. 3- The company reviews overall candidate performance, personality test, and end-of-presentation questionaires to determine who will eventually work with them. They gave me a call about 2 hours after to let me know my final results.
