Very informal first interview is how it began. Then a slideshow presentation with a decent size group that lasted around an hour or so. There was another interview sheet that you filled out after the presentation and then you got called if you did good enough and scheduled to do one last interview. I was hired on the spot after the last interview.

It was super easy and over zoom. They pretty much make sure that you feel you can do the job they are asking because it can be extremely tedious but you can make a lot of money from it
