I was called by the recruiter for this company to fill in a sales-related position. Upon arrival, you're asked to fill in a form, sit in an orientation for about an hour, and fill in a questionnaire.

They emailed me to request an interview. I selected a time slot on the calendar, 8 am the next day. I was dressed and ready to go. I was expecting a 30 minute zoom call. However, I clicked the meeting link and quickly realized that my "interview" was just a pre-recorded webinar about the company and not even specific to the position I was applying for. The employee in the video bragged about how many applications the company was receiving every hour and I decided this was a waste of my time.
