I was not asked a single question in my "interview." He looked at my resume for 30 seconds or so, commented on some of my sales experience then asked if I had any questions about the company. I asked him to address the mixed reviews here on glassdoor, and he said that the people who said negative things were just lazy. He went on to tell me that he had been employed there for about 6 months and was the only person left out of the 20 or so people that he started with. He also said that he had received multiple promotions in that time. After some more discussion (all prompted by discussions by me) he invited me to the "compensation presentation" that was being held later that day. I did not attend.
