It started out with a phone call that was more like a machine calling me. I called the number back and a worker returned my phone call about 45 min later asking me if I could come in for an interview. This is the first interview btw. Then I drive to the interview and walk into building to find 50 other people in their filling out information with about half of them looking business professional and Katy Perry playing over the loud speakers. You fill out the information but before you are done you get called back by a representative. You go back for the second interview were at the end the person asks you to come back for your third interview in about an hour. Don't leave because they have more paper work for you to fill out. After the hour is up they call you back for the third interview which is a group interview. Everyone that was in the waiting room is now crammed into this presentation were a representative will tell you how much money you can make and tell you in brief detail what the product is that you will be selling is. They also tell you about all cool trips they do but dont fall for it. The end of the third interview concludes with a video that creates more questions and still does not tell what the company does. Then you get called back for now your 4th interview were they tell you if you are someone they want to continue the interview process with or if your not a good fit. This is as far as I made it and their is still 3 more interviews to go before you are offered the job. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME GOING TO AN INTERVIEW WITH THEM!

Who works harder, a person who paid there way through college on their own or someone who's parents paid their way through college?

The company is a complete joke. I walked into the office to loud music playing. The interviewer had two things on his desk, a vape and a computer. He constantly insulted my resume and critiqued things that as little as formatting saying “it wasn’t his style so he didn’t like it”. He talked down to me the entire interview saying I was lucky to even be there and that my experiences were bad and I made bad decisions (I had offers already but decided to take this interview to see what was offered). He acted like only the most prestigious candidates would make it to the next round and still criticized me the entire time. He said they make on average $91,000 the first year which told me it was a scam right away. At the end he offered for me to move on to the next round after all his down talk. He acted like I was lucky and he was giving me a pass. The second round “for only the most prestigious” was within 20 minutes of my interview telling me that they pretty much allow anyone to move on. I had walked out of there without going back for the second round because it was a scam for an insurance sales job labeled as manager. He also refused to tell me any information about the job or the company when I asked if it was just a sales role. Do not waste your time here, it is a scam and extremely unprofessional.

The recruiter claimed it was a one on one interview. Claimed the company name was Torchmark and that you did not need a license. I stated I was not interested in selling insurance, so I was told the position was for manager trainee. Upon arrival, I was taken to a small private office thinking that was the person I was interviewing with. Then I was taken to a classroom with 12 other people and a huge sales presentation on how to spend your own money on their training and for a license. So you basically have to pay to work there and its commission only. Nothing the recruiter told me was true. And of course you get the call back for passing the second interview and going to the final interview because you were hand selected. If the job was as easy as they claim, then everybody in my area would be a millionaire. Very misleading & unethical recruitment tactics. Beware.

You are given a 5 page personality, psychological profile questionnaire. You do not receive one on one time to ask questions. Everyone is offered the position. Because you do not get paid, you pay them to work there.
