You meet with a manager who does a 1st interview then you do a group interview then a 3rd interview. Then they call you and make an offer. It is straight commission and you have to get your insurance license first.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
