It was fast-paced and intensive. I was the only one hired that day out of about 40 people so take your A game. Dress nice, maker eye contact and remember its a people-centered business so try your best to focus on that when asked interview questions

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
