Called and left a message about coming in for an interview so I went. Went to the day and they had about 40 people there and they made it seem like this was old hat to them. They were constantly in a hiring process for jobs that have no base salary and paid entirely on commission. No risk hires for the company that just pass the buck upward, absolutely screamed Pyramid Scheme to me. I'm sure there is opportunity to make money there but it seemed like their business practices would have made me uncomfortable and forced mt to compromise me being willing to take advantage of people. I chose to avoid them but I would say just beware to anyone applying.

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
